Hilton Head Regional Habitat for Humanity

Hilton Head Regional Habitat for Humanity has many volunteer opportunities. LPC member can help at Habitat’s ReStore, its Wood Shop, in the office, at special events, or serve on one of the five standing committees (Construction, Family Engagement, Finance, Land Acquisition, and Special Events). Volunteers also can provide lunch for workers at one of the construction sites. Finally, LPC members can work on one of the construction sites. Habitat currently is repairing and restoring homes in Brendan Woods, an established Habitat neighborhood in Bluffton. Later this month they expect to start construction of a new home in Estill. In the fall, they will begin construction of 3 new homes on Bees Creek Road in Ridgeland.

Anyone interested in working with other LPC members on one of the construction sites, please contact Paul Sell (psell6@verizon.net). For all other volunteer opportunities, please contact Jan Hunter (janhunter@habitathhi.org), Habitat’s Volunteer/Family Services Coordinator.

Children's Ministry Subcomittee

Our children are growing, and our
children’s ministry must grow too! We need a ministry team focused solely on their faith formation: to oversee the existing programs and create new opportunities.

If you care about their nurture (a promise we the congregation made at their baptism) and are willing to help, please contact Elaine Branda at hhgolfer@gmail.com
